This dessert stands out with a recipe that is rich in chocolate from the Equator with a high cocoa content (60%), selected by the Traiteur de Paris chefs for its sweetness and the subtlety of its flavours. Whether served alone, or with a chocolate sauce or a small biscuit, the result is always aesthetic.

Chocolate Lingot, Premium Dessert
Made up of 4 different layers: one chocolate Joconde biscuit, one chocolate crunch, one chocolate mousse and finally shiny chocolate icing. This is a gourmet dessert with a powerful taste. In addition, we select our cocoa with the greatest care to reveal this cake’s full flavour.
As a final touch decorate this dessert with gold leaf fragments or a sparkling powder for a result worthy of the Great Chefs.
