Our Strawberry Intense recipe

The Strawberry Intense, a modern take on the classic Fraisier, features a light vanilla-flavored cream and a white chocolate crunch with Crêpes Dentelle pieces. At its center, nestled on a madeleine biscuit with lemon zest, lies a tangy strawberry compote core (14%), all topped with a luscious strawberry coulis.

This frozen dessert, once thawed, is ready to be plated.
