The Traditional Apple Tatin Tart

With apple as its main ingredient our Tatin is made within the rules of the art. The apples are caramelised and arranged on shortcrust pastry made of ingredients with the same high quality (flour and free range eggs). In addition you will not find any colouring agents or flavourings in this delicious patisserie.

Just out of the oven the Tarte Tatin reveals its intense, generous flavours of caramelised apples. With its 10 cm diameter this dessert provides good plate coverage for a generous appearance.
