Chocolate Cake "The Vegan": healthy and veggie.

An authentic recipe, rich in 60% cocoa chocolate, and original as a result of its provision of natural sugar from cranberries: an anti-oxidant “super fruit” with many properties. This cake is the fruit of patisserie experience going back more than 25 years.

Where tasting is concerned its balanced taste and its superb long finish, enhanced by the original combination of dark chocolate and cranberries, are much appreciated. The little extra: cocoa nibs which add a touch of crunch, and contrast with the smoothness of the cake dough!
