Crème Brûlée Delight is made with a generous proportion of selected ingredients: cream (68%), egg yolk, sugar and used vanilla beans. The cream, cooked in the traditional way at low temperature to guarantee its creaminess, is set on a gluten-free financier with butter, almond powder and a touch of Guérande salt.
Once defrosted, this frozen dessert can be served on a plate. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise with a blowtorch, to rediscover all the hallmarks of this world-famous dessert.
