Our patisserie chefs used their high standards to source raw materials and create the recipe using unprocessed ingredients. Le Gourmand – Chocolate Banana Cake is made using free-range eggs and French wheat flour.

It is also made from Rainforest Alliance certified chocolate. Big slices of banana make up 24% of our Gourmand cake. This dessert is free from GMOs and pork gelatine, and is not ionised.
