Preparation advice

Allow to defrost for 1 h between 0°C and 4°C, and then leave the Mini Canelés for a minimum of 10 minutes at room temperature (between 17°C and 20°C) before tasting. Or place them in a hot traditional oven, without defrosting beforehand, for 10 minutes at 250°C.
