The Mini Chocolate Fondant is made by our pastry chefs in our workshops in Normandy. It has a short list of high quality ingredients. In addition, this premium frozen product is guaranteed free from alcohol and pork gelatine to satisfy as many people as possible.

The Mini Chocolate Fondant is made from natural ingredients (eggs, dark chocolate, sugar, and flour) and 60% cocoa chocolate.
