Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Fondant

Our patisserie chefs have prepared this vegan chocolate hazelnut fondant using high-quality ingredients. Our vegan chocolate fondant is made from French wheat flour, Rainforest Alliance certified 58% cocoa dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts pieces and a pinch of Guérande fleur de sel.

  • We’ve created a vegan version of our iconic molten chocolate fondant, with no animal-derived ingredients.
  • This recipe contains 100% natural and plant-based ingredients and will be right at home on your dessert menu.
  • These fondants are easy to prepare, with 2 options: heated in the oven for a molten centre, or simply defrosted in the fridge (no molten centre).

Preparation advice

We recommend reheating in a conventional oven for 12 minutes at 180°C. For a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate fondant served cold and without a molten centre, leave to defrost for 2 hours at +4°C. Just like a traditional chocolate fondant, this vegan version looks best served on a plate with a coulis or caramel sauce, or even with a scoop of vegan ice cream.
