Pancakes
These small crepes to be eaten plain with maple syrup, jam or any other garnish are to everyone’s liking. Our pancakes are packaged in packets of 80 IQF (individually quick frozen) items, which enables you to defrost them individually and so limit food waste.

The Pancake Recipe
They are made using a traditional recipe to which we add a touch of cream cheese for a softer, melting texture. Their 9-cm diameter format offers many uses: breakfast, coffee with dessert or brunch.
